
This summer, we will present two musicals at the Edmond Town Hall! The first will be Bye Bye Birdie Youth Edition, which will feature performers entering 3rd through 8th grades. Then we will produce Footloose, staring singers and dancers entering 8th through 12th grades. Registration opens Sunday Jan 25th at 5pm!

Each of our summer programs run for two immersive weeks. During the first week, rehearsals will be Monday-Friday from 9am until 1pm. During the second week of the program, cast members will begin at 9am and break for lunch from 1pm-2pm, and then return to the theater from 2pm-6pm for tech and dress rehearsals. Please note that rehearsals may be extended during the second week if needed.
Because we only have ten days of rehearsals, it is extremely important that our cast is available and committed to being there for all rehearsals. Tech and dress rehearsals are mandatory for all cast members. For the safety of our performers and stage crew, we need everyone to be at these rehearsals so that they can practice performing on the stage and also learn their traffic patterns backstage.
This year, Bye Bye Birdie is open to kids entering 3rd through 8th grades in Fall of 2026. Footloose is open to kids entering 8th through 12th grades. The only age group who is eligible to be in the cast for both shows are those kids who will be entering 8th grade.
$850 is the cost for our 2-week program including tech rehearsals and performances. (A $25 sibling discount will be applied to each child enrolled within the same family.) Payments can be made in one, two or three installments.
In addition to an exciting and robust professional theatre experience, all participants will receive a t-shirt and access to a professional digital recording of the performance.
For those 8th graders who will participate in both shows, they will receive a $100 discount on their summer tuition.
The cost for our one-week crew program is $400 and runs from July 13th-19th. This program is open to kids entering 5th through 8th grades.
Registration will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. This year's registration opens on Sunday January 25th at 5pm. At that time, you will be able to come to our website to register. Please note that historically, our summer program has filled up very quickly. Once our programs fill up, there will be a waiting list available.
We are able to offer refunds in full until March 15th minus the $20 non-refundable credit card transaction fee. From March 15th through May 15th, we can offer a 50% tuition refund. AFTER MAY 15TH, THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS GIVEN.
