We will be offering two sessions of this class. There are a limited number of spaces available for performers who would like to sing and receive feedback from Jessie. Additional spaces are available for people of all ages who would like to observe the class, participate in a Q&A and meet Jessie. The first class will be from 1:00-3:30 and is open to young performers in 4th through 8th grade. The second class will be from 4:00-6:30 and is open to performers in 8th grade through college. Again, interested parties of all ages are welcome to buy observation tickets to watch and learn!
This masterclass will be held in the Alexandria Room at the Edmond Town Hall. The cost to participate is $100 for those singing and $40 for those who would like to observe.
Join Miss Alexa for a fun filled theater camp that inspires creativity, confidence and friendship! We will be offering two sessions at the Edmond Town Hall in Newtown - the first being June 22 through June 26th and the second being June 29th through July 3rd. This program is open to kids entering Kindergarten through 2nd grade in Fall of 2026. Kids will meet from 9am until 12pm and camp will conclude with an informal performance for families on the last day of each session. Kids are welcome to sign up for single weeks or both! Registration opens January 25th at 5pm.


Newtown Stage Company is excited to offer a Teen Theater Workshop to 7th-12th graders on Thursdays, January 8- February 26 from 6:30-7:30. This 8-week workshop offers young actors the opportunity to explore acting through engaging games, scene study, and collaborative exercises. Students will develop their improvisation, character-building, and performance skills while learning how to create and perform short scenes. Each week, we’ll warm up with theater games, dive into acting exercises, and work on scenes culminating in a showcase on our final night (which goes to 8:00) where we perform the scenes we've been developing in a supportive environment.
This class will be taught by NSCo Co-Founder Katie Bloom. Tuition for this session is $300.

Newtown Stage Company is excited to offer another session of our Fractured Fairytale Theater workshop to 3rd-6th graders on Thursdays, Jan 8- Feb 26 from 5:30-6:30. Young performers will grow their acting skills as we explore traditional fairytales as well as fractured versions that we will perform for families in our final session together. All participants will be given a role in one or more of the hilarious stories we will tell. Every session we explore hilarious new stories. This program will be led by Katie Bloom, NSCo Co-Founder and second grade teacher who is also a certified special education and theater teacher!
Tuition for this session is $300.

K-2 Intro to Theater is back for another eight-week session! Our spring session of our beginners acting workshop for kindergarten through 2nd graders will be on Mondays, March 16-May 11 from 5:00-6:15 at the Edmond Town Hall. (No class on 4/13.) Join us for this fun introduction to theater, a playful class designed to teach young actors the basic concepts of acting through improv games and creative play. Class will be taught by Newtown Stage Co instructor, Alexa Luft. On Sunday, May 17, the class will put on an informal performance that families will be invited to attend. Tuition for this class is $315. Space is limited, so register now!

This class is built for performers in 7th grade and above who want to learn the basics of tap for musical theater. Knowing the basics of tap dancing will make you a more well-rounded performer, making you even more castable! Join Erin Loucks on stage at the Edmond Town Hall theater as she breaks down the basics in a stress-free environment designed for performers just like you! Classes start January 6th and tuition is $300!

We are thrilled to welcome NYC Casting Director, Nicholas Petrovich to NSCo for a special two-week master class on Musical Theater auditioning. Currently a Director/Associate at Cindy Tolan's Casting Office, select film credits include Steven Spielberg's West Side Story & The Fabelmans, Disney's Disenchanted and The Batman. Select television credits include The Penguin, Étoile, and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Select theatre credits include Broadway's Company, the National Tour of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Saturday Church at New York Theater Workshop, and Evita at New York City Center.
This workshop will take place over two consecutive weekends at Newtown's Community Center. Performers in 7th Grade and up will work on material with Nick and get a casting director's perspective on auditioning! Space is limited!
