Rehearsals will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5pm-8pm at the Edmond Town Hall beginning September 14. Cast members will NOT be required to be at all rehearsals but should be prepared to attend 1-2 rehearsals per week from the beginning of Sept 14 through Oct 31. After Halloween, the full cast will be called three days per week. The week of November 16th, it will be mandatory for cast and crew to attend tech and dress rehearsals. 

Registration will open on Saturday August 8th at 10am.  Our registration works on a first come, first serve basis by age group. Please note that space is limited, and our program may fill up quickly, so we recommend signing up when registration opens. 

Once you register your child, with 48 hours, you will receive an email letting you know if your child is in the cast or on the wait list. If we confirm that they are in the cast, we will also send more information on auditions and scheduling. Auditions are not required but definitely encouraged. Anyone interested in trying out for a speaking role must come to our auditions.

Auditions will be done in 10-minute time slots in early September. A small number of cast members will be invited to our callbacks. We will also be having a dance evaluation. Everyone in the cast should plan on coming that day to the dance portion of our auditions (date tbd.) 

The cost for cast members is $850. We have a very limited number of spaces available for our crew, who will join us for the last two weeks of the program. The cost to participate for crew will be $350. We do offer payment plans if you'd prefer to break your tuition into two or three payments.

We are able to offer refunds in full until August 24th minus the $20 non-refundable credit card transaction fee. From August 24th through Sept 3rd, we can offer a 50% tuition refund. After Sept 3rd, we are unable to offer refunds for our fall program. 

Cast members must be in 3rd through 12th grades during the 2026/2027 school year. Crew members must be in 6th through 12th grades.
